Terrible experience and I demand for a refund as I can't check in because there isn't anyone to assist when I arrived at the apartment within the stated check in timing. The booking confirmation didn't give details for checking in as the usual airbnb, no unit no. was provided, and the booking voucher indicates to check in with booking confirmation no. I called the phone no. indicated on the booking confirmation couple of times but unable to get in touch.
